Refund policy

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
